Scholarship Grants Mechanics

Objective
    		• EPL Learning Center together with its partner organization, the Rotary Club of Pasay Maharlika implement their advocacy to provide quality foundational education to deserving children (2.5 to 5.5 years old) who belong to families with limited financial income.

    Criteria
    		• The apllicant must pass the written and oral examinations appropriate to their age and academic level.
    		• The applicant must pass the evaluation that will be conducted by the scool authorities and representatives from Rotary Club of Pasay Maharlika.
    		• Applicants will only qualify based on the defined salary bracket as specified in this criteria as follows:
    		• Full scholarship for applicant who belong to families with Php 5,000.00 or less total monthly income.
    		• 50% scholarship for applicant who belong to families with Php 5,000.00 to Php 10,000.00 total monthly income.

    Mechanics
    		• The applicant must pass the written and oral examinations appropriate to their age and academic level.
    		• Parents of applicants must fill-up and submit the fully accomplished application form, birth certificate, medical clearance record and medical certification signifying that applicants are free from any contagious, infectious diseases and special needs
    		• EPL-LC management and representatives from Rotary Club of Pasay Maharlika will conduct evaluation to all applicants.
    		• All applicants (children) must pass the written and oral examination to be conducted by the school management and staff.
    		• EPL-LC management and representatives from Rotary Club of Pasay Maharlika will conduct background investigation to all families of applicants to validate the veracity and truthfulness of all information written in the submitted accomplished application form.
    		• EPL-LC management will conduct quarterly evaluation of the academic, behavioral and non-academic performance of the scholars. Scholars must maintain the grades, good academic standing and good behavioral performance within the school year otherwise scholarship maybe terminated.
    		• EPL-LC management and representatives from Rotary Club of Pasay Maharlika reserves the right to terminate the scholarship in any cases of behavioral or grave misconduct on the part of the scholars and parents, guardians or any adult related to the child.
    		• Scholarship covers tuition fees only and does not include fees for uniform, books, miscellaneous fees, activity fees, art materials and the likes. Miscellaneous fees however can be divided into 10 monthly equal payments.
    		• Children with special needs (such as autism, ADHD and the likes) are not qualified for the scholarship program.
